Mr. McNeily graduated from The Ohio State University with a B.S. in Accounting from the Fischer College of Business, and acquired his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

He served as in-house legal counsel  and CFO to a corporation for many years handling matters related to tax, payroll, employee benefits, contracts, intellectual property protection, and liability.

Additionally, Mr. McNeily has served many clients since 2010 that are small business owners, non-profit organizations, self-employed contractors, and families.

He is a devoted family man, a man of strong faith, and a firm believer in the rule of law.
